Shipping update during Covid-19

Local shipping - Singapore

Mail delivery will proceed normally across Singapore. However, as previously announced, there may be a delay due to a shortage of manpower. Mail will continue to be delivered to households through the letterbox. Likewise, all small items with tracking services, including Registered Service items, SmartPac, Tracked Mail and Tracked Packages, will be delivered to the letterbox as well.

International shipping

COVID-19 has severely impacted international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to and from Singapore to all international destinations.

Please note that shipments to and from overseas will experience substantial delays.

In these uncertain times, we recommend that international customers choose the “tracked” or “registered” option during check-out for peace of mind. Please kindly note that we cannot be responsible for lost ordinary airmail.

What’s your shipping policy?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based the shipping options you choose. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated when you provide your shipping address during checkout.

For example: A standard set of polymer dice weighs approximately 50g. The shipping cost would come to SGD$2.50 by Untracked Ordinary Airmail, and SGD$6.10 by Registered Parcel to Malaysia or Brunei Darussalam.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Singapore typically occurs within 2 to 3 days, with a SingPost delivery confirmation number provided.

International shipping estimates are:

  • Zone A - Malaysia and Brunei : 4 to 6 days

  • Zone B - Rest of Asia : 5 to 8 days

  • Zone C - Rest of the World : 6 to 12 days

For shipping of orders more than 2KG in weight, we will contact you to discuss a suitable service as cost and timeframe can vary significantly between options.

If delayed in customs clearance, an additional 1 week delay can sometimes occur. Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.

Can I split an order to go to different addresses?

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. You will need to place separate orders.

When will my order by processed?

In-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of checkout. Orders received before 1PM local time on business days will be shipped out same day. Orders received after 1PM local time will be shipped out the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of purchase, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

What are your signature requirements on delivery?

Depending on your choice of service (registered or ordinary airmail), an adult signature may be required on delivery.

Do International orders have to pay customs, duties, and taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees, which we have no control over. Please check with your local customs or postal authority for more specific information about these fees.
